PeopleStrong Hires Vineet Pandita from Oyo as Dy CTO to Push for 3X Growth by 2023
PeopleStrong, Asia’s leading Enterprise HR Technology company has appointed Vineet Pandita, Ex- SVP Engineering & Product at OYO, as Dy. Chief Technology Officer. The appointment comes as a part of PeopleStrong’s continuing effort to invest in technology-driven innovations in the HR Technology space to drive accelerated growth across Asia. In the past two years, Multiples PE-backed PeopleStrong has made several key management hires. The company brought in Aon veteran CEO, Sandeep Chaudhary as President and Board member in 2020, who is now the CEO.

Vineet has joined PeopleStrong after having delivered enormous scale and success in consumer tech companies like OYO and MakeMyTrip. At PeopleStrong, he will be helping build a truly global product that can scale across multiple geographies
