UKG Names Rod Johnson Chief Revenue Officer to Fuel Next Phase of Global Growth

UKG, an AI-first Workforce Operating Platform for HR, payroll, and workforce management, announced that Rod Johnson joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer on June 1, 2026, reporting to UKG Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Morgan.

Johnson will lead UKG’s global revenue organization as the company accelerates adoption of its AI-powered Workforce Operating Platform. Trusted by 80,000 organizations across 150 countries, UKG helps businesses transform workforce data into real-time operational insight, better employee experiences, and measurable business outcomes. Johnson will further expand UKG’s market leadership to help organizations of all sizes transform and modernize their workforce operations, from the front office to the frontline.

Johnson brings deep experience building and scaling enterprise software businesses and leading global sales organizations. He joins UKG from Oracle, where he recently served as executive vice president of North America Applications, overseeing one of the industry’s largest enterprise SaaS portfolios.
