Robbins most recently served as the chief development officer for Family Broadcasting Corporation, following executive sales and business development roles at Delivra, Bloomerang, Wyndham Worldwide, eTapestry, and more. Robbins volunteers for Gleaners Food Bank, Grow Indy, and Wheeler Mission.

“Boardable is now entering a new growth stage. We have been focused on scaling and driving our marketing efforts to lay a foundation of success for an experienced sales leader like Wayne to harvest from almost endless opportunities,” said Jeb Banner, CEO of Boardable. “With Wayne at the helm of our sales strategy, both his nonprofit and SaaS experience will allow him to develop and lead Boardable initiatives that align with our mission of being a purpose-driven company that serves those who serve their communities.”

During his time as VP of Sales at Bloomerang, a donor management software that helps nonprofits decrease donor attrition and increase revenue, his sales team generated more than $6 million and 1,200 customers. This experience, coupled with his background in nonprofit board management software and fundraising CRM software, provides Robbins the qualifications to understand both nonprofit and for-profit boards, and equip these organizations with the proper tools they need.

“Building relationships has always been a passion of mine, and Boardable’s values support the determination I have to help meet others’ specific needs,” said Robbins. “Boardable’s ability to facilitate and coordinate relationships and engagement supports their want to serve others. By providing the right tools for the board of directors, they can focus on leading and building their own relationships, not just managing organizations, which can sometimes be forgotten. I look forward to using my passion and experience to provide these organizations with the solution they need to achieve these goals.”
