OutSolve Hires Veteran Affirmative Action Consultant Torrey Tiburzi

OutSolve announces that Torrey Tiburzi, SPHR, has joined the company as a Senior Consultant effective March 13, 2023. Torrey will advise clients on meeting Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) requirements, developing affirmative action plans, workplace pay equity, and building an effective process for managing risks, and maintaining compliance.

Prior to joining OutSolve, Torrey worked in several roles at M&T Bank and numerous large universities. Torrey earned his master’s degree from University of Baltimore and his bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University. He brings nearly 20 years of experience with federal compliance, diversity, compensation, and recruitment relevant to all aspects of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.
