Securian Financial Selected As Recordkeeper For Strategic Retirement Partner’s Wellthbuilder Pooled Employer Plan

Strategic Retirement Partners (SRP), an industry leading retirement plan consulting services firm, has selected Securian Financial as the pooled plan provider and recordkeeper for their WELLthBUILDER Pooled Employer Plan (PEP).

Created by the federal SECURE Act, PEPs allow unrelated companies and organizations to band together to create a single 401(k) retirement plan for all their combined employees. PEPs offer employers the potential to offload their retirement plan’s fiduciary and administrative responsibilities while combining their purchasing power with other employers to negotiate lower plan fees.

Talent Works: Hiring Taking Double Or Triple The Time And Hampering Business Performance, Survey Reveals

Delays to hiring are having a negative impact on business performance, according to 58% of HR managers. Sixty per cent of HR leaders say it’s taking significantly longer to hire people compared to 2019.

That’s according to leading Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) provider Talent Works, which surveyed 400 HR leaders on their experiences on recruitment and employment in 2022 in the US and UK. The survey found that half of HR leaders say it’s taking double the time to hire talent as compared to 2019, and a further 21% say it’s taking triple the time. The leading reason (28%) is reported as ‘challenges in finding quality candidates’.
