Textio launched Skills Matrix, a new feature in Lavalier, a comprehensive interview intelligence platform, that visually maps what candidates shared in their interviews to the specific requirements of the role. Instead of reconciling transcripts, scattered notes and feedback, Skills Matrix organizes interview evidence against the competencies that matter, so teams can see at a glance where a candidate has experience and where signals are thin.
