The new location at SM North EDSA Tower 2 is located in one of northern Metro Manila’s most connected commercial and transit hubs. It broadens Emapta’s access to highly skilled professionals from Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga and Central Luzon.

The new office space reinforces Emapta’s continued growth in the region, its recruitment-led strategy of locating offices where talent is concentrated and accessible, and its investment in its award-winning, people-first culture.

“Since 2020, Emapta has grown from approximately 6,500 employees to more than 13,000, while expanding from serving a base of 500-plus clients to more than 1,200 businesses worldwide. This growth reflects our strong track record of execution in helping provide specialized talent to help global businesses scale with confidence,” said Natalie Davies, Chief People and Customer Officer, Emapta. “Our expanded presence in Greater Manila reinforces our long-term investment in the Philippines while creating meaningful career opportunities for Filipino professionals.”

The new office reflects Emapta’s focus on creating accessible, employee-centered work environments. As with its other office locations, the site is located near major transportation, dining, retail, banking and everyday amenities to support employee convenience, satisfaction and retention – key to its strategy of attracting and retaining the 1% of global talent.

Today’s announcement follows on the heels of Emapta’s opening of new facilities in India and the Dominican Republic, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. An additional location in Mexico is set to open by year end.

Emapta’s staffing model enables companies to build dedicated offshore teams that operate as true extensions of their business. Emapta works with businesses to recruit, build, and operate a global team, while handling employment compliance as well. This strategic partnership model is designed to provide comprehensive support, featuring dedicated team solutions and advisory services for expert guidance on how to drive sustainable growth through workforce transformation.
