Graduates and job seekers can use Eightfold AI Interviewer to complete a 5-to-10-minute practice AI interview and receive personalized feedback, with no job posting, application, or resume required
Eightfold AI, the pioneer of AI-powered talent intelligence, launched its inaugural AI Career Day, a new annual Labor Day initiative that makes Eightfold AI Interviewer, available directly to job seekers for a free practice interview. The AI-powered interviewing experience, typically used by enterprises to support structured candidate evaluation, opened today at 9 a.m. ET to help anyone, from recent graduates to all job seekers, practice, prepare, and enter their next interview with greater confidence.
This year’s graduates are entering an increasingly competitive entry-level job market as questions grow about how AI will shape early-career opportunities. According to ZipRecruiter’s 2026 Graduate Report, more than half of rising graduates, 50.6%, believe AI will reduce the number of entry-level roles. AI Career Day is designed to turn that uncertainty into preparation, giving job seekers a way to practice with AI interviews, receive personalized feedback, and better understand their strengths before a real interview.

“AI can help people see more possibilities in their careers,” said Ashutosh Garg, Co-founder and CEO of Eightfold AI. “Interviewing is not just about being evaluated; it can also be a moment for reflection, learning, and growth. AI Career Day is designed to make the interview experience more transparent and useful, giving people an opportunity to engage with AI interviewers and leave with insights they can apply to their next interview opportunity.”
How AI Career Day Works
AI Career Day gives job seekers a low-pressure way to practice interviewing with AI before their next interview. Participants do not need to apply for a job, upload a resume, or be connected to an open role. Instead, they are guided through a sample screening interview, and once it’s complete, each participant receives practical, constructive feedback they can use immediately in their job search.
