Matlen Silver, a leading provider of talent and technology solutions, announced the promotion of Kirk Ferrier to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately.

In this role, Ferrier serves as the company’s senior-most operating executive, leading enterprise growth strategy, revenue operations, client engagement, and long-term business planning to drive strategic alignment and sustained growth.
Ferrier’s appointment marks the latest milestone in his ten-year career at Matlen Silver. Since joining the company as a recruiter, he has risen through the organization with remarkable speed and impact. Throughout his tenure, Ferrier has led strategy and execution for several of the nation’s largest contingent workforce programs, helping drive growth, deepen client partnerships, and advance operational innovation. Under his leadership, Matlen Silver achieved top-three supplier status with a leading financial services institution and earned recognition as a top supplier for two of the industry’s largest Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
