Key takeaways include ‘bullish’ hiring plans despite challenging macro-economics, along with rapidly changing work environments with decreasing Remote models, and increasing Onsite models, supported by return to office (RTO) initiatives including employee engagement, and increased benefits and perks for both recruitment and retention.
