Robin Raises $30 Million To Expand its Leadership Position as the Hybrid Work Platform for Companies Everywhere

Tola Capital Leads Round in High Growth Hybrid Workplace Company Creating Solutions that Put People Before Places.

Robin, the hybrid workplace company,announced a $30 million Series C funding round led by Tola Capital with participation from existing investors, including FirstMark, Accomplice, Boldstart, and Allegion Ventures. The funding will help Robin continue its market-leading platform innovation, fuel international expansion, expand headcount and deepen strategic partnerships across its platform. In addition to the round, Robin announced the appointment of Ciara Peter to Vice President of Product.

The latest financing comes on the heels of rapid growth at Robin. The company saw active users in May grow at a rate of 390% YoY as hybrid work has become the new standard for many organizations. Adding to the rapid growth in users has been a string of hybrid work innovations, including the Workplace Announcements Solution, Workplace Experience Report, and Global Hybrid Trends Dashboard. Leveraging Robin’s Workplace Index, the new dashboard is the only benchmarking tool giving employers visibility into where other companies of the same size, sector and region stand on building the workplace environments employees demand.

To continue to meet the growing demand for these tools, the company appointed Ciara Peter to lead the product and design team. A product and design expert for companies like Salesforce and Box, Ciara has nearly 15 years of experience bringing consumer-grade experiences to enterprise products at scale. Her team will focus on platform innovation, international expansion and making it easier for companies across the globe to bridge the gap between workplace guidelines and employee choice.

Today’s round brings the company’s total raise to over $59 million.
