“I am deeply honored and excited to join Pipefy”
Avva brings over 15 years of demonstrated leadership and experience in the tech industry, including executive roles for enterprise work management software organization Wrike and LiveOps. Avva’s prior experience also includes senior positions at Google, Voyant Advisors, and KPMG.
“We are extraordinarily excited to have Mr. Avva join Pipefy’s team,” said Pipefy Founder and CEO Alessio Alionço. “He has shown an outstanding talent for recognizing customer needs and building products that bridge the gap between a user’s problems and a solution. Mr. Avva not only has an extensive background in leading finance teams, but also has a strong bias towards building customer-facing tech. His talent as a leader will serve Pipefy’s organization and its customers well and I believe his new role will help further set Pipefy apart as an industry leader in workflow management platforms.”

“I am deeply honored and excited to join Pipefy,” said Avva. “With IDC Market Research estimating 20-30% of revenues being lost from process inefficiencies, I believe solutions like Pipefy will remain a front and center priority as part of the digital transformation effort for organizations over the coming decades. Pipefy’s agile workflow management approach which leverages no/low-code, intuitive UI/UX, and a flexible database, empowers doers at both small and large enterprises to drive operational excellence in their organizations. I look forward to continuing the momentum the team has driven thus far and scaling the organization to new heights.”
Avva’s appointment as the President and COO comes at an exciting time for Pipefy, as the organization has seen sustained momentum building over 2020, including triple digit annualized growth during the second half of the year. As Avva steps into this leadership role, more growth is expected as the highly anticipated release of Pipefy 2.0 will be made generally available to customers in Q1 2021.
Avva’s deep understanding of digital transformation will help cement Pipefy’s global position as the no-code platform for organizations looking to automate, digitize and centralize their business processes.
Avva holds an undergraduate degree in Accountancy and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of North Carolina.
