Boardman Will Scale Employee-Facing Operations and Oversee the Rapid Expansion of the Team as BlueConic’s Growth Accelerates
BlueConic, the world’s leading pure-play customer data platform (CDP), announced that human resource and people operations leader Katherine Boardman has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of People and Talent.
BlueConic is uniquely suited to help organizations turn their first-party data into a strategic business asset in the wake of third-party cookie deprecation, rising consumer privacy regulations, shifting consumer behaviors, and other market dynamics. As demand for the platform skyrockets, the company is experiencing rapid growth. To meet this opportunity head-on, BlueConic is further investing in its most important asset, its people – also known as the “BlueCrew.” Support for BlueConic’s international growth requires a modern, flexible approach to all aspects of people operations, from technology, to process, documentation, and talent. As a senior member of the executive team, Boardman will ensure the company scales effectively, while remaining true to its culture and ethos that puts people first.

It’s a small, elite group that can claim the breadth of experience Katherine has across all of the core disciplines required of an elite People and Talent leader. Those talents, coupled with the thoughtful, curious approach she takes to understanding what BlueConic needs, today and in the future, ensures that Katherine’s impact on our team is going to be tremendous and long-lasting,” says Cory Munchbach, COO of BlueConic.
