“Talent acquisition teams must improve the quality of their talent pools with intelligent sourcing, improved candidate matches, and reliable data to meet hiring goals for 2021. We are excited for the powerful opportunities our integration partnership with LinkedIn provides to our customers”
Designed to simplify the hiring process, the RSC integration with Jobvite enables recruiters to access real-time candidate information to make effective talent decisions and power unforgettable candidate experiences. The upcoming Unified Search and Recommended Matches releases further expand the recruiting efficiencies that RSC and Jobvite customers have already experienced. With Unified Search, recruiters can easily select the most qualified candidates by sourcing top talent from both the LinkedIn network and Jobvite records using a single search with Jobvite or LinkedIn Recruiter. With Recommended Matches, recruiters can post a new job requisition in Jobvite and immediately source from a pipeline of LinkedIn recommended candidates who best match the job.
Similar to RSC, Apply Connect is a new integration between Jobvite and LinkedIn Jobs that saves recruiters time, while simultaneously improving the applicant experience. This integration allows recruiters to automatically post jobs to LinkedIn and receive all applications back to Jobvite. Apply Connect allows recruiters to quickly access LinkedIn applicant insights including skills, company connections, the applicant’s full LinkedIn profile, and more within Jobvite. In addition, recruiters can select top talent by filtering their application according to their skills and identify those that meet the job requirements. Candidates can complete their job application without leaving LinkedIn. They’ll also be notified automatically when a recruiter has viewed their application and when a job has closed. This will significantly boost applicant conversion rates.

Jobvite’s ATS will be the first applicant tracking system to provide their customers with all three LinkedIn integrations: Unified Search, Recommended Matches, and Apply Connect.
Kevin Mease, Jobvite VP of Product said, “Keeping with our commitment to innovate and help recruiters source and hire the best talent, we are excited to deliver this deeper integration and strengthened partnership with LinkedIn—simplifying the apply process for both candidates and recruiters.”
According to Jobvite’s 2020 Recruiter Nation Survey report, recruiters (52%) surveyed said improving quality-of-hire is the top recruiting priority and 40% said they plan to focus their recruitment investment in LinkedIn for the next 12 months.
“Talent acquisition teams must improve the quality of their talent pools with intelligent sourcing, improved candidate matches, and reliable data to meet hiring goals for 2021. We are excited for the powerful opportunities our integration partnership with LinkedIn provides to our customers,” said Mease.
LinkedIn will also join Jobvite virtually as a Platinum sponsor for Recruiter Nation Live 2020 on Thursday, December 10. The conference is a free, fast-paced day of actionable content that will prepare talent acquisition teams for 2021.
