The recent advancements to its platform will further strengthen and diversify its offerings. The resulting solution will be able to address the employee onboarding, management, and payroll needs of companies big and small, without the requirement of additional technologies. As companies scale internationally, finance departments and HR teams are often found struggling for an all-round solution. Keeping an eye on compliance regulations and workforce spends is a major challenge. Managing a global workforce after activating global expansion strategy is more complex than ever. The founder conveyed that Safeguard is offering a solution that not only makes global workforce management easier, but also allows companies to fully capitalize on a data-driven approach to expansion and compliance.

In order to help clients expand rapidly in international markets while keeping compliance fears at bay, Safeguard Global now provides them with time and simplified expense management, attendance tracking, and enhanced visibility into payroll processing.

“HR managers and finance professionals often don’t have a way to manage expenses, view employee time and attendance at scale, or accomplish other core business functions under a single, consolidated platform,” Tristan Woods, Chief Strategy Officer at Safeguard said.
