HROs leveraging PrismHR’s network of Insurance Alliance partners can quickly and easily offer new, innovative products that keep costs low and help SMBs access benefits and services that once were reserved for large enterprises.

PrismHR will host a panel discussion titled Flattening the Insurance Cost Curve on June 19 at 1:00pm during PrismHR LIVE, being held this week at the Boston Westin Waterfront.
The PrismHR Insurance Alliance was launched at PrismHR LIVE 2018 with the intent to offer a range of “A” rated insurance products that the company’s network of HR service providers could offer to their SMB clients in an effort to level the playing field with large enterprises.
Over the course of the last year, PrismHR announced partnerships with industry leaders offering a wide range of insurance products. In the coming year, the company will continue to identify opportunities to partner with companies to drive down health insurance costs. These may include offerings around level-funded health insurance, proactive health management plans, direct primary care arrangements, and telemedicine, all of which will lower premiums, increase employee engagement, provide better retention and improve work environments.
