For jobseekers looking for remote work in 2021, the employers named in Virtual Vocations’ fifth annual list of top companies for remote jobs will be ones to watch.
Since 2007, Virtual Vocations has connected professionals in a variety of fields with legitimate remote job openings from thousands of expert-vetted employers—and even in a year of record-setting growth for remote work, there were some companies that outshined all the rest.

In its latest report, Virtual Vocations is unveiling the companies that posted the most remote job openings to its hand-screened job board from January through December of last year.
The remote-enabled employers named by Virtual Vocations as the Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2021 include more than 30 businesses featured on the 2020 Fortune 500 list and seven that were recognized as Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” in 2020.
Openings from these remote-enabled employers spanned 23 industries, including technology, healthcare, and finance, and combined, they comprised more than 10% of all jobs listed on Virtual Vocations’ massive jobs database in 2020.
