NYU is leading the way to equip students with real world skills for careers in cybersecurity by offering a progressive curriculum that covers strategies as well as hands-on training. This partnership will enable students to use leading security tools from Splunk, Recorded Future and Carbon Black within the RangeForce platform to learn how to defend against and respond to simulated cybersecurity threats.

“When NYU Cyber Fellows earn an NYU Cybersecurity Industry Partner badge, they gain real-world industry experience as they work towards their master’s degree,” said Professor Aspen Olmsted, Adjunct Faculty Member of NYU Tandon’s Cybersecurity Program. “This partnership will enable our students to learn practical skills via interactive training and simulations like they would on the job.
