Every year, employees from more than 60,000 companies use surveys on the Comparably website to anonymously submit feedback on their employers on a wide range of topics related to leadership and culture. Based on the input to these surveys, Elizabeth Cholawsky, the CEO of HG Insights, was added to Comparably’s Best CEO for Women, and Best CEO for Diversity lists.
