Energage Expands Schneps Media Partnership With Long Island Top Workplaces Program

Organizations with 50 or more employees in Suffolk and Nassau counties are eligible to submit nominations though Long Island Press, Dan’s Papers and Noticia

Energage, a purpose-driven company that gives organizations the tools they need to build and brand a Top Workplace, announced it is expanding its partnership with leading local media company Schneps Media to recognize the Top Workplaces on Long Island for their outstanding commitment to company culture.

In 2020, Energage first partnered with Schneps Media to bring the Top Workplaces program to New York City’s five boroughs, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Today, the organizations have teamed up to expand their Top Workplaces partnership to Long Island through the power of the Long Island Press, Dan’s Papers and Noticia. While Energage has been recognizing Top Workplaces on Long Island for the past three years, this marks the first time the organization is working with Schneps’ leading local publications to execute the survey-driven award program.

“We feel fortunate that we are able to grow our partnership with Schneps Media by introducing the Top Workplaces award program to the Long Island Press, Dan’s Papers and Noticia,” said Dan Kessler, president and COO of Energage. “Through this strategic partnership, we will be able to continue celebrating organizations that have put their employees first. Notably, we will also be able to provide these employers the opportunity to gain valuable insights into their workplace culture that could positively impact growth after an unprecedented year.”

In addition to qualifying for Top Workplaces recognition, participating organizations have the chance to receive data-based insights based on the Top Workplaces survey – a confidential 24-question employee engagement survey administered by Energage. The power of the Top Workplaces program coupled with the survey insights enable participants to stand out as an employer of choice, increase employee engagement, attract and retain talent, and transform culture.
