David Farris Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry announced David Farris has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account leader. He will specialize in the life sciences and global technology markets and is based in Korn Ferry’s Boston office.

Farris has nearly 30 years of experience, primarily in the HR advisory and technology industries. He joins Korn Ferry from a global consulting firm where he spent 14 years, most recently serving as the senior director of client management. In this role, he was the global client leader for key clients within the life sciences, technology, financial, and consumer industries. Prior to this, Farris held leadership, business development and client management roles in other organizations.

Farris has been partnering with his clients to support their business strategies through their people. He has worked on transformation efforts, such as digital, to evolve organization and talent strategies. He has supported globalization efforts through new and emerging market growth, supported inorganic growth and maintained a focus on driving employee experience to support attraction and retention efforts in the war for talent.

Farris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Babson College.
