Alight Solutions to Acquire NGA Human Resources to Provide Better HR Services

Acquisition Expected to Be Closed in the Fourth Quarter, Financial Details Not yet Revealed

Alight Solutions, a leader in Technology-enabled Health, Wealth and HCM, and Financial Management solutions revealed that it had signed an agreement to acquire NGA Human Resources.  The companies did not disclose the financial details of the proposed transaction. NGA HR has availed of the services of Goldman Sachs International as its exclusive financial advisor. Alight Solutions will acquire NGA HR in the fourth quarter.
