Duce will oversee the strategy and operations of the firm’s talent attraction, learning and development, and talent management functions. Through the powerful combination of career growth for individuals and sustained growth for business, she will help guide the firm’s purpose to unleash and amplify talent.

Duce joined Baker Tilly in 2020 as managing director, co-leading the firm’s human resources function and strategy. Prior to Baker Tilly, Duce was chief operating officer at a large regional talent recruitment organization. Before that, she served as partner-in-charge at a professional services firm where she led a team that delivered human capital management and payroll consulting services to clients.

Duce succeeds Todd Stokes who led Baker Tilly’s people strategy since 2019. Stokes transitioned to a new position as senior advisory partner with special focus on enhancing the development of the firm’s nearly 600 partners.
