Nichols’ 18-year career spans leadership across verifications, public records, drug testing, occupational healthcare, vendor management, implementation, software solutions, and product innovation. As Vice President of Product – Public Records at Sterling, she led cross-functional teams to launch new products, enhance existing solutions, and drive operational efficiencies. During her tenure at EBI as Vice President of Operations, Nichols oversaw background screening operations, client implementations, vendor management, and software solutions, reinforcing her status as a key leader in the industry.
