TMP Worldwide Continues to Grow Its Global Business Development Team

TMP Worldwide, a global leader in talent acquisition technologies, has made a significant commitment to grow its Business Development Team globally. Recently, TMP welcomed four Directors of Business Development – Jennifer Adelman and Brett Zingler for its San Francisco office, Eric Winn for its Waltham, MA office and Deena Sillett, for its London office. As leaders, they will develop and build solid relationships with companies to help solve their hiring challenges.

With 10+ years of enterprise account management experience, Jennifer comes to TMP from Monster, where she was part of its Enterprise Business Development team. There, and throughout her career, she has maintained relationships with her esteemed clients and has consistently achieved high client retention. Jennifer’s background covers many different areas, including HR/Talent Acquisition, recruitment advertising and SaaS; all of which will serve her well in her new role.

Brett has been a leader in the recruitment media, SaaS and talent acquisition services industries for over a decade. Most recently, he served as the operations leader at Velocity Resource Group, where he managed several divisions as well as partnerships and marketing. He brings a proven ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and channel partners.

Eric comes to TMP with over 10 years of sales experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Enterprise Sales for Salary.com, LLC. There, he managed a team of Enterprise Sales Executives where he demonstrated a proven track record of consistently building long lasting, meaningful relationships with his clients. Eric will be a vital part of our Business Development team and he is well suited to help enterprise customers in New England meet their hiring needs.

Lastly, Deena joins the company’s UK office from Qivos, where she was responsible for leading business development for the United Kingdom and beyond. She brings over 15 years of experience with a natural aptitude for helping clients meet their business goals. Deena has a proactive approach to nurturing client relationships, and she will play an integral part in leading our Business Development team in London.
