The new feature launches as talent acquisition teams face surging application volumes with stretched resources. According to a new Indeed and Harris Poll survey², 71% of hiring managers say higher volume has made it harder to find qualified candidates, while 93% say they have lost top talent because the hiring process simply took too long. The survey also found:
