Seabreeze Management Company Hires Sharlyn Turner-Bryant as New Vice President of Human Resources
  • Turner-Bryant brings 25-years of industry expertise to the Seabreeze organization

Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, announced that Sharlyn Turner-Bryant has joined the Seabreeze team as Vice President of Human Resources. Turner-Bryant will oversee all HR endeavors, including fostering employee engagement, Seabreeze culture and inclusivity, and aligning leadership with corporate growth initiatives. She is also a part of the Seabreeze Executive Team.

Sharlyn brings over 25 years of human resources experience to the Seabreeze organization. Her human resources experience spans financial services, hospitality, and IT at Fortune 500 companies, including Pfizer, Pepsi/Taco Bell, and most recently, Marriott International. Throughout her career, Sharlyn has helped individuals, leaders and teams work towards stronger performance to maintain a competitive advantage. As a respected executive coach, Sharlyn empowers leaders to optimize their job performance and build growing, inclusive workplaces.

Sharlyn holds a M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.S in from the University of Maryland. She also received a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and received Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Federation of Coaches (ICF). She is also in the process of completing Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) Coach certification.
