The Radial site will provide significant and consistent opportunities for work in the area, as the North East facility will serve established clientele during the holiday season and beyond. Radial is currently hiring more than 100 full-time employees for roles in management and supporting facilities to serve the new site location. The company is also looking to bring on approximately 400 seasonal workers for the holiday season. Seasonal workers will be responsible for processing online orders – including picking, sorting, packing, and shipping – all in a fun team environment leveraging cutting-edge technology.
Recent consumer research conducted by Radial reveals that 65% of shoppers plan to either increase or spend the same on online purchases during the holidays this year compared to 2020. With 25 fulfillment centers and a global fulfillment and transportation network, Radial is experienced at helping brands successfully navigate the busy peak season while keeping worker safety at the forefront. At the fulfillment center in North East, Maryland seasonal workers will have the chance to work with industry-leading brands. Workers will source orders and send them to their final destinations using Radial’s technology, fulfillment, and transportation solutions.
