Phenom People Closes 2018 Growth with New Fortune 500 Customers, Over 190 New Global Hires, Industry-First Product Innovations and 14 Award Wins
Phenom People announced 2018 milestones and accelerated momentum into 2019. The company welcomed new enterprise customers and over 190 new employees, launched innovative product features, and won multiple awards for its technology and company culture, including being named to Deloitte’s 2018 Technology Fast 500.

With one-third of customers outside of the US, Phenom People continues to expand its customer base across all major industries, including hospitality, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services. Notable 2018 customers include the world’s largest genealogy company, an American global manufacturer of confectionery and pet food, and one of Europe’s most valuable consumer goods companies.

Inaugural Talent Acquisition and Technology Innovation Conference, IAMPHENOM
Phenom People hosted its first namesake set of conferences, IAMPHENOM and IAMPHENOMVX (a virtual event), to disrupt the HR and talent acquisition industry. The physical event brought together hundreds of attendees and 15 speakers, including CHROs, talent acquisition leaders, influencers and New York Times best-selling authors. Phenom People used the event to discuss pressing industry subjects and unveil Phenom People’s innovative product roadmap.
IAMPHENOM 2019 is set to double attendance and speakers, as well as include a pre-conference training session for customers. The pre-conference will take place on April 23 for existing customers, who can complete Phenom People certification before they leave. The two-day main event for the public follows on April 24 and 25 in Philadelphia at the Hilton Penn’s Landing Hotel on the Delaware River Waterfront.
