Phenom People Closes 2018 Growth with New Fortune 500 Customers, Over 190 New Global Hires, Industry-First Product Innovations and 14 Award Wins

Phenom People announced 2018 milestones and accelerated momentum into 2019. The company welcomed new enterprise customers and over 190 new employees, launched innovative product features, and won multiple awards for its technology and company culture, including being named to Deloitte’s 2018 Technology Fast 500.

“Phenom People’s mission hasn’t changed. We are trying to help a billion people find the right job,” said Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and Co-founder of Phenom People. “Looking toward the horizon, we are only going to continue transforming how recruiters source and hire talent, and how HR professionals maintain happy and healthy workplaces. We are grateful for our customers and employees who make it possible for our technology to evolve while lowering costs, increasing retention and improving new-hire quality.”

Enterprise Customer Base Fuels Global Growth

With one-third of customers outside of the US, Phenom People continues to expand its customer base across all major industries, including hospitality, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services. Notable 2018 customers include the world’s largest genealogy company, an American global manufacturer of confectionery and pet food, and one of Europe’s most valuable consumer goods companies.

CSG’s Maximo Rocha, Executive Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Employment Branding, remarked on how the Phenom platform empowered CSG to leverage talent data and analytics to optimize their recruitment strategy:

“The Phenom platform allows me to campaign to candidates who never completed an application. You can’t put a price tag on that.

“Phenom’s Workday integration was critical for me. The last thing I want to do is give my recruiters yet another tool where they’re having to manage two different items.

“You can go with four or five different providers, or you can work with one robust solution.”
