The Jubi technology platform makes learning meaningful to drive lasting change
Brian Noble, an expert in employee engagement data analytics and strategy, was so impressed as a user of the Jubi digital learning platform that he’s joined the innovative company as its Vice President of Customer Solutions.
Jubi provides a unique cloud-based platform that transforms learning from a one-time event to a process that motivates and engages employees and provides real-time accountability. The company deploys advanced technology and robust analytics to increase organizations’ productivity by improving employees’ skills and workplace performance.
Noble has devoted his 25-year career to advising C-suite and senior executives to achieve ambitious and transformative business goals. He is an alum of Accenture, Deloitte, Korn Ferry Hay Group and Press Ganey where he played instrumental roles in growing their talent management lines of business.
In his new role as Vice President of Customer Solutions, Noble will work closely with Jubi Founders Larry Mohl (CEO) and Terry Barber (President) to lead new business development and to identify potential new partners.
His connection with Jubi began three years ago when he met Mohl. “Larry was describing Jubi and I could immediately understand how the platform could solve my clients’ biggest engagement challenge––creating impactful change through leadership development at scale,” explained Noble. “In that moment I became an ardent believer in Jubi, a sentiment that has only grown as I’ve seen the results it produces.”
“We are proud to work alongside a professional with credentials as robust as Brian,” said Mohl. “He brings unique experience as a leader and a user of Jubi, which makes him an ideal person to work closely with our prospects, clients and partners.”
Jubi’s hands-on learning approach, coupled with collaboration tools and accountability systems, propel its success with leading brands including AllConnect, The Home Depot, Johnson Controls, PwC and Wellstar.
“It’s exciting to have Brian on board as we continue to grow the Jubi platform,” said Barber. “I’m confident he will quickly apply his experience in developing business with clients interested in engaging employees and achieving the results they need to meet their business goals.”
