NelsonHall, a global analyst and research firm, has once again identified Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of integrated human capital management software solutions for human resources, payroll, benefits, and insurance services, as a “Leader” in its 2022 NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) report for payroll service providers. This is the sixth consecutive time Paychex has been positioned in the upper right quadrant of the NEAT graph with a leader designation.

CareerBuilder Data Shows 39% Of Women Still Prefer Working From Home As More Employers Call For A Return To The Office

CareerBuilder, a global talent acquisition leader and job marketplace, shared findings from a recent survey on workplace preferences confirming that while employers are increasingly calling for a return to the office, women, in particular, favor the flexibility that comes with remote work. In fact, 39% of women say that home offices are more valuable as opposed to men (30%) who prefer a company-provided office as their ideal workplace.

New Research From Bain & Company Shows Workplace Inclusion As A Key Factor In The US Latino Population Choosing And Staying At A Job

The Latino population is one of the fastest growing demographics in the US participating in the labor market at higher-than-average rates. They accounted for approximately 80% of workforce growth from 2010 to 2017, and they are expected to represent nearly one in three working-age Americans by 2050. Bain & Company research has found a culture of belonging and feeling included at work key to employee retention and success, but only approximately 25% of Latinos say they feel fully included at their workplaces.
