Jeff Kahn brings more than three decades of senior management experience, including an extensive background in global strategy, marketing, finance, strategic business development, technology, consulting and, most importantly, Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC). Jeff served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Broadsoft, which sold to Cisco for $1.9B in 2018. Prior to Broadsoft, Jeff was the CSO of AudioCodes, one of the leading providers of advanced communications software and productivity solutions. Years before the pandemic, Kahn foresaw the need to evolve and better support different work models. In March 2020, he launched a Future of Work company named Fluenzy, which began providing consulting services to enterprises and service providers.
Joining Humantelligence is the logical next step, as the company leads the way in innovative collaboration, inclusion, and belonging SaaS for HR. In addition to better connecting their teams, companies also need to help team members communicate more meaningfully and collaborate more effectively. Surfacing psychometric insights about people in their everyday communication tools through a scalable, actionable solution like Humantelligence is transforming how companies achieve this.

“I’m excited to join Humantelligence not only because the company provides a unique solution for what is missing in many companies and teams around the world, but also because it’s not “Artificial” Intelligence. The HT solution strengthens your ability to genuinely connect with others; it does not replace your ability to do it, artificially. The success of the solution has been evidenced by the company’s impressive client list and its many HR tech awards,” said Kahn.
“We’re pleased to welcome Jeff to the team,” noted Juan Betancourt, Humantelligence CEO. “He brings a unique combination of multi-product SaaS suite expertise, leadership, and a personal passion for helping companies improve team culture, performance, and inclusion – all of which make him particularly well suited to help Humantelligence accelerate growth. We look forward to his help in delivering the kinds of tools that help companies make better-informed decisions in the area most critical to their success – their people.
