ALM Intelligence has named Korn Ferry a top Talent and Leadership Consulting “Leader” in its annual Vanguard report, giving the firm the No. 1 spot in its “Depth Capability” ranking and No. 2 in its “Client Impact” ranking.
The ALM Vanguard report assesses firms for their ability to create impact for their clients in the area of talent and leadership consulting. The report displays the relative position of the providers featured in the report based on an evaluation of their overall capabilities according to a consistent set of criteria. The firms are analyzed based on depth, denoting their capacity to get results for clients, as well as breadth, which indicates the ability to deploy that capacity across multiple client scenarios.

ALM Intelligence evaluated 31 organizations and placed each of the companies in one of three categories: Leader, Challenger and Contender.
ALM Intelligence designated Korn Ferry as a top-ranked “Leader,” crediting the firm for its “hard-won capability for collaborating across business lines to deliver coherent, value-adding services that cover the entire talent journey.”
The ALM Intelligence Vanguard report further credited Korn Ferry’s talent and leadership consulting practice for its “ability to leverage market insights and experiences of its executive search consultants to garner both a strategic and competitive advantage that many human capital/leadership consultancies are striving to achieve.”

The report also named Korn Ferry as a “Best-in-Class” provider in its Internal Client Insights category, citing the firm’s employee research platform, Korn Ferry Listen.
