Annette Liebau joined Heidrick & Struggles as Director in the Paris office . With nearly twenty years of consulting experience, Ms. Liebau focuses on leadership development as well as diversity, equity and inclusion. She has extensive expertise in helping large organizations cope with organizational change and brings extensive knowledge in various industries including energy, automotive and engineering.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ms. Liebau headed the Leadership Academy for a large insurance company and was responsible for the group’s leadership development strategy. Prior to this, she worked in an international consulting firm where she led leadership and staff development, as well as culture change projects.
