Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced that Carl Holland has been promoted to second vice president of Client Management in Employee Benefits.
“Carl is a proven leader with an extensive background in the insurance industry”
Holland joined The Standard in 2020 as director of Employee Benefits Sales and Service. For the past 18 months, he has served in an interim assignment as second vice president of Client Management. Prior to joining The Standard, Holland spent more than two decades in the insurance industry. During that time, he held various leadership roles in account and customer relationship management, including a previous seven-year stint with The Standard.
“Carl is a proven leader with an extensive background in the insurance industry,” said Rick Johnstone, vice president of Employee Benefits Sales. “With his valuable industry expertise, ability to articulate a vision and passion for empowering people, we couldn’t be more excited to have him serve in his new role.”
