With more than 20 years of professional and leadership experience in Retail Store Operations, Human Resources, L & D, and Engagement and Culture, Shanna had the opportunity to strengthen or develop strategy, programs, and systems that transform organizations.She has a reputation for being enterprising, resourceful, and energetic and have a passion for associate engagement and inclusivity creating unified company cultures. She is known for being able to respond to challenging problems by creating simplified, user-friendly global solutions that align with here company’s strategic priorities.
She has a history of experience in diverse roles, beginning with my earliest role at Giant as a store associate and subsequent Customer Operations Manager, which gave me valuable insight into operations and today makes me a trust partner for business leaders. I am comfortable in fast-paced and changing environments and look at situations with a fresh, entrepreneurial view coupled with strong HR and business acumen.
My greatest successes are the efficiencies realized by alliances made across diverse cross-functional departments, the talented teams and individuals that I have had the opportunity to serve as project lead, innovating engagement systems within our Company, and the talent development systems that have enabled our company to have highly trained and capable employees ready for multiple opportunities.
