“Cagayan represents one of the most promising regions in our country,” said Sarah Machan-De Silva, President of Alorica Philippines. “We’re seeing tremendous potential in Cagayan’s English-speaking, highly capable workforce and strong educational institutions. As we expand our existing programs and win new business, this move will help our employees here build meaningful careers closer to home, while enabling Alorica to continue ranking as the top-performing CX provider by 84% of its clients.”

Extending the company’s footprint into Northern Luzon, Alorica plans to create hundreds of roles across customer experience, digital services, operations support and leadership functions. The 44,000-square-foot facility will initially support a leading healthcare client and house more than 300 production seats, with additional capacity to accommodate future growth. To support client demand during this year’s ramp season, Alorica plans to hire approximately 25,000 employees across the country.

“The Philippines plays a critical role in Alorica’s global strategy and ongoing success,” said Bong Borja, Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of Alorica Philippines. “For decades, we’ve invested in the country, and Cagayan is the next chapter in that journey. We believe the future of our industry will be shaped by talent found in high-potential markets like Northern Luzon.”

The Cagayan site will adopt the company’s people-first culture, which has earned Alorica Philippines the Great Place to Work® certification every year since 2022. With operations spanning 23 locations across Metro Manila, Pampanga, Batangas, Cebu, Davao, Ilocos Norte and now Cagayan, Alorica will continue to advance the people, capabilities and innovation that drive impact for clients, employees and communities alike.
