“Our clients demand excellence, and this program allows us to serve them better by accessing a group of highly qualified lawyers outside of the traditional law school recruiting model. The Returners program provides a channel for us to reach talented individuals who have stepped away from the profession, for reasons such as family caregiving,” said Freshfields’ US managing partner Sarah Solum. “This program is one example of our many diversity and inclusion initiatives, and we believe it is a win for clients, candidates and Freshfields.”
