Mario Pennycooke is Director of Talent Strategy for Hendrick Automotive Group, the largest privately held automotive retail organization in the United States. He is a graduate of Universal Technical Institute’s automotive program and leads the organization’s recruiting division. His team recruits for roles at Hendrick Automotive Group’s 94 dealership locations, 21 collision centers, and four accessories distributor installers in 13 states for a company with over 11,000 teammates.
