Guillaume Roy

Guillaume Roy (G.R.) is one of the visionary co-founders of Workleap, a leading software company that makes work simpler for more than 20,000 companies in over 100 countries.

Since co-founding the company 19 years ago, G.R. has been dedicated to shaping the future of work, and his leadership helped propel Workleap from a small three-person startup to the global software company it is today, with over $100 million annual revenue and 450+ employees in Canada and the US. Bootstrapped and profitable since its foundation, Workleap is a strong example of sustainable growth and innovation.

Passionate about crafting software centered around the human factor, G.R. led the creation of the Workleap Platform, a game-changing software that offers simple tools for engagement, recognition, and performance management.

Today, G.R. is Chief Innovation Officer at Workleap, leading the company’s transition to AI—from internal operations to the development of AI-first products.

G.R. has a bachelor's degree in software engineering from ETS in Montreal.
