Open LMS, a leader in open-source learning management systems, announces the launch of the AI-Assisted Editor for TinyMCE*, a new tool designed to empower L&DS teams, educators, and administrators with AI-powered capabilities that simplify and enrich the content creation process within the default rich-text editor in Moodle™-based platforms.
At the core of the AI-Assisted Editor is its ability to generate high-quality text, HTML elements, and CSS styles in response to user prompts. With a simple click of the AI Assistant icon in the editor toolbar, users can quickly draft engaging learning content, saving valuable time on administrative tasks. Whether drafting course announcements, creating new lesson content, or refining existing ones, this user-friendly AI tool integrates seamlessly into the Open LMS workflow, offering innovative writing tools that streamline the creative process.

Although users are free to write their own specific AI prompts as needed, Open LMS’s AI-Assisted Editor includes predefined actions such as:
