Vantage Circle Completes Workday Design Approved Integration

The integration uses standard Workday platform APIs to transfer worker data from Workday to Vantage Circle and send recognition data from Vantage Circle back into Workday, where it appears in Anytime Feedback. The solution is designed to streamline employee lifecycle management, user provisioning, and recognition workflows across the two platforms.

With the integration, employee changes made in Workday, including new hires, updates, terminations, and delta changes such as departments, positions, and other employee details, are automatically carried over to Vantage Circle. Recognition events created in Vantage Circle, including badges and multi-user recognitions, are synchronized back to Workday Anytime Feedback. The solution leverages Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and is designed for organizations across industries and geographies.

The integration is designed for a configuration-only setup, without the need for Workday Studio or Workday Extend. Once connected, it supports an initial full data load and ongoing daily updates to keep employee and recognition data synchronized across both platforms. Supported languages include English, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, French, Turkish, Persian, German, Chinese Simplified, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Bahasa, and Hungarian.
