Department of Veterans Affairs Secures Medallia for Enterprise-Wide SaaS Experience IDIQ

Medallia,the global leader in customer and employee experience announced that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has established an enterprise-wide acquisition of Medallia Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology in order to meet its agency goals and continue to lead the government in operational experience management.

Under this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, VA Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) issued a requirement to use Medallia’s Enterprise Customer Experience SaaS Suite to meet its mission of providing Veterans, families, caregivers, survivors, and support teams with an “easy, intuitive, and personalized experience when interacting with the VA.”
