“Collaboration is embedded in our culture and connectivity is at the core of the work we do, which is reflected in our new headquarters,” said Kevin Meyers, Chief Operations Officer for Blackline Safety. “This space was designed with team placement and flow top of mind. This helps us engage with our employees in a shared sense of purpose to protect and save lives around the world.”

Once housing a steel manufacturing company, Blackline recently expanded its presence at Dominion Bridge from 24,000 square feet to nearly 40,000 square feet. Today, over 180 people work on-site to design and manufacture connected safety devices, provide 24/7 live monitoring through its Safety Operations Center (SOC), and develop software and other solutions to meet safety challenges of various global industries.

“Blackline is saving lives around the world while supporting the future of innovation here in Calgary,” said Justin Mayerchack, Senior Vice President & Partner, Occupier Advisors Group at Colliers Canada. “We are proud to recognize the collaborative environment they have created and highlight the impact a great space can have on a company’s success.”
