Nationwide Recruiting Reach for Skilled Trades Lands Tradesmen International on SIA’s Largest US Staffing Firms 2021 List
Tradesmen International, a national skilled labor staffing firm, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analyst’s (SIA) Largest US Staffing Firms 2021 List. “It also speaks to our nationwide, customer-centric commitment to provide safe and verifiably skilled trades, on a just-in-time basis, for not only commercial and residential construction, but for institutions and industries such as manufacturing, heavy industrial, and renewable energy.”
“Inclusion on this list is not so much a testament to our size, but to our scope and the effectiveness of our strategy to keep America’s best-skilled workers productively working on projects shaping the American landscape,” said Marty Wick, Chief Executive Officer, Tradesmen International. “It also speaks to our nationwide, customer-centric commitment to provide safe and verifiably skilled trades, on a just-in-time basis, for not only commercial and residential construction, but for institutions and industries such as manufacturing, heavy industrial, and renewable energy.”

Tradesmen’s business model is a bit different than most staffing firms in that the company’s focus is purely on providing business partners with skilled workforce staffing and labor-cost containment solutions. Partners benefit from Tradesmen’s recruiting expertise and magnitude, having at their disposal pre-screened craft professionals in all trades, at all skill levels. The continued and severe shortage of verifiably skilled craftsmen across North America has otherwise made this a daunting task for construction, manufacturing, and industrial business management. In addition, Tradesmen’s unique approach enables partners to sustain a balance between workload and workers which traditionally helps businesses achieve exceptional profit margin gains via sustaining optimized workforce productivity.
From a construction worker perspective, the company’s continuous relationships with multiple contractors and manufacturers in an area enables Tradesmen to provide craft employees with improved job stability. This is possible because, prior to the current project ending, the employee is already being marketed for their next assignment via a local team of sales professionals. Tradesmen has nearly 200 market service teams across North America.
