The new CPO position oversees DAS42’s talent acquisition, employee development, and human resources, areas that are critical for supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Miller has extensive experience as a strategic business leader with a passion for building high-performing, people-first cultures that drive critical business outcomes. She has successfully built, led, and scaled best-in-class, progressive talent operations for venture capital- and private equity-backed SaaS and technology startups and early-stage, fast-growing organizations. She has worked across the entire human capital spectrum, including talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, leadership development, diversity, HR operations, and M&A.

Most recently, Miller was the Vice President of People at Acorio, a leading ServiceNow consultancy. As one of the earliest employees at Acorio, Jen played a key role in building the team of more than 250 consultants and helping Acorio become an award-winning place to work. Prior to Acorio, Jen was the Human Resources Manager at the Kilda Group.
