The roadmap and speed with which it will be delivered further solidify Avionté’s position as the leader in end-to-end and online mobile talent enablement.

The Avionté 24/7 Work module, launched in November 2021, enables staffing companies to post opportunities, send individual or mass communications, schedule assignments, and track employee time from a single mobile device. Clients using this mobile platform have consistently reported 20-30% gains in gross profit per recruiter, with 3x gains in talent redeployment and 30-50% increases in fill rates.

A single mobile talent experience platform benefits staffing firms and talent alike

Until now, staffing agencies have relied on costly, highly customized tech stacks to cobble together multiple software vendors for automated talent transactions. This approach, which is difficult to implement and maintain, results in fractured workflows and high total cost of ownership.

Avionté aims for clients to leverage the entire suite of bundled modules. However, each module can stand on its own, and clients can expand their app portfolio at the pace that makes sense for business. Clients also have the option of implementing a customized white label version of the 24/7 platform, permitting the staffing agency to deploy a uniquely branded mobile app with the ability to support active recruiting.
