Event Network, the leading operator of experiential retail in North America, announced the expansion of their supply chain partnership with RELEX Solutions, provider of unified retail planning solutions. RELEX will implement its latest machine learning framework to drive improvements to demand forecasting, replenishment, allocations, and promotions management for Event Network’s distribution center and 110+ stores.
“The RELEX solution is key to our ability to effectively and efficiently control our supply chain, automate processes, and drive sales by adapting to shifting demand patterns as shoppers return to their favorite attractions.”
The expansion of the relationship with RELEX is an important element of Event Network’s ramp-up plans as they open new locations and welcome back shoppers hungry for cultural experiences.

“We’re extremely eager to expand on the project from where we left off in 2020,” says Ryan Close, Chief Technology Officer at Event Network. “The RELEX solution is key to our ability to effectively and efficiently control our supply chain, automate processes, and drive sales by adapting to shifting demand patterns as shoppers return to their favorite attractions.”
Because each store Event Network operates offers products tailored to the attraction it supports, the company faces unique challenges in its assortment and inventory management. “RELEX provides a level of granularity, accuracy, and automation that makes it possible to cut through the complexity of our exciting, but challenging business model,” says Close. “Our partnership with RELEX helps us ensure high availability for our shoppers, so they can always find products to help them form meaningful memories from their experiences.”

“We’re very happy with this project and the incredible team at Event Network,” says Carlos Victoria, SVP of Sales, Americas at RELEX. “Their motivation is energizing, and we’re just as excited to continue to drive value for their organization by reducing both inventory and shrinkage, improving their ability to proactively sell through products before they reach the end of their season or lifecycle, and better managing challenging items like slow-movers. By integrating and automating their supply chain, RELEX will empower Event Network planning teams to improve their effectiveness and efficiency in all their supply chain activities.”
