Hackathon registrations now open for October virtual coding challenge

MetLife is hosting a virtual hackathon in October, as it seeks top tech talent to join one of the world’s largest insurance companies in one of its fastest growing regions.

“Hack4Job Coding Challenge – Kuala Lumpur” on October 14-16 will pit teams from across the world in a race to build innovative solutions and win prizes. At the end of the hackathon, qualifying participants will be invited to interview for a range of software development and cloud engineering roles in MetLife and its affiliates.

MetLife is targeting dozens of roles, including infrastructure engineers, solutions architects, scrum masters and full stack engineers, as part a broader push into Malaysia and the Asian region.
